The owners of this 4500sqft modern high-rise in the highly desirable South of Fifth area of Miami beach actually first met ACD when we furnished the family’s townhouse in New York City.  After being blown away with ACD’s attention to detail, the owners asked if we could go down to their existing Miami condo and give it the “ACD touch.”  The design team flew down and did a thorough analysis; deciding which existing elements to keep, and what needed updating and/or upgrading.  A contemporary beach aesthetic coupled with the Atlantic Ocean set as the backdrop through the floor to ceiling windows of every room led the way. With that aesthetic in mind, the team did a substantial overhaul to the unit.  Major improvements resulted in a completely refreshed space that the family was ecstatic to come back to.
