SOUTH OF 5TH MIAMI

After completing the family’s New York City townhouse, Adam Cassino Design brought a refined, contemporary edge to this South Beach high-rise, blending sleek urban style with a breezy Miami backdrop. Tasked with warming up the previously minimalist space, we honored the apartment’s expansive views and architecture while infusing it with softness, texture, and artful flair. Oversized Thassos marble floors, wraparound balconies, and floor-to-ceiling windows define the space, offering sweeping vistas of South Beach, the cruise port, and downtown Miami. To balance the modern openness, we introduced rich finishes, alongside a carefully curated art collection. The palette is cool and crisp, with shades of taupe, gray, and aqua-blue punctuated by metallic accents. Custom pieces, such as a chalk-toned Roberta Schilling console and a coral-framed mirror to add flair, while a warm Élitis wallpaper and pop art in the playroom offer a whimsical departure. This was the firm’s first major out-of-state project, marking a personal milestone and igniting a passion for designing in Florida. With its mix of tailored luxury, contemporary elegance, and personal touches, the condo is both a stylish retreat and a celebration of its coastal surroundings.
