UPPER BROOKVILLE

Designed for a family that loves to host, this Long Island estate designed by Adam Cassino Design blends grand entertaining spaces with refined modern luxury. The architectural vision features a stately limestone façade and dramatic rooflines evoking Parisian elegance and American tradition. Inside, a curated a palette of taupe, gold, and deep jewel tones, pairing transitional architecture with sleek contemporary furnishings. The home’s standout features include a sweeping double bridal steel and marble staircase, imported Italian Calacatta Lincoln marble floors, and a geometric plaster ceiling design in which Adam took inspiration from an heirloom scarf when drafting the concept. Metallic finishes and velvet textures add richness throughout, with custom pieces by Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting, de Sede, and Artistic Frame shaping each room’s distinctive identity. A highlight of the design is its blend of scale and intimacy; grand rooms for socializing are balanced with cozy family spaces, like a taupe-hued breakfast nook and a serene primary suite. The challenge was to make the house feel grand while still being livable. The result is a home that feels palatial yet personal, an elegant backdrop that the family thoroughly enjoys from cocktail soirées to quiet nights in.
